Seoul Semiconductor engages in the manufacture and packaging of light emitting diode (LED) products for automotive, lighting, home appliances, mobile, signage and backlight units (BLU) markets. The company is the world's fifth largest supplier of LED, has 10000 patents and a large number of LED technology and production capacity, such as "nPola" depth of UV LED and the world's first commercial production of "Acrich" communication LED.
